'ResourceCommonsField originated from a humble vision: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in Rome. The Bianchi clan established our pizza spot in 1985 as a quaint, family-managed outlet, inheriting recipes that have been preserved over generations.
Marco Bianchi, the visionary behind our establishment, mastered the craftsmanship of pizza creation during her excursions across Italy, acquiring knowledge from renowned pizzaiolos within Naples—the cradle of pizza. On her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, adhering to old world craftsmanship and unearthing top-grade provisions.
From its inception as a modest 12-seater eatery, we've flourished into a cherished culinary cornerstone. Yet, our devotion to premium quality and genuine taste remains steadfast. We persist in using longstanding wood-fired oven techniques, preparing our dough from scratch each day, while seeking out top-notch ingredients.
To this day, 'ResourceCommonsField' is still under the proprietorship of our bloodline with the Bianchi successors at the helm of our zealous cadre. While we've taken on some new improvements, the essence of our enterprise endures unchanged: serving scrumptious, real pizza that unites patrons.
